Position: Senior Offshore Telecom Engineer
Organisation: PETRONAS Digital Sdn. Bhd.
Profile: Senior offshore telecom professional with more than 10 years of experience delivering and supporting safety-critical communication systems across over 30 PETRONAS upstream oil and gas facilities. Expertise covers PAGA, IP digital microwave radio, VHF/UHF/HF radio, VSAT, CCTV, fibre optic networks, NDB systems and IP telephony. Serves as a regional ICT and telecommunications focal point, with a safety-first approach that uses root cause analysis to eliminate recurring faults. Holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of York and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering (Data Transmission and Network) from the MARA-Japan Industrial Institute.
