Objektif

1.To design a wearable heart rate monitoring system using ESP32-C3 and a PPG sensor (MAX30102) to measure heart rate of elderly individuals in real time. 2.To transmit real-time heart rate data to Firebase Realtime Database through Wi-Fi, enabling remote monitoring via a smartphone application. 3.To provide an early warning mechanism by activating LED and buzzer alerts whenever abnormal heart rate values are detected, improving elderly safety and facilitating timely intervention.

Skop projek

1.The project focuses on designing a wearable heart rate monitoring system using the ESP32-C3 microcontroller and a MAX30102 pulse oximeter sensor to continuously measure the heart rate of elderly individuals. 2.The system uses Wi-Fi connectivity to transmit heart rate data to the Firebase Realtime Database, enabling remote monitoring through a smartphone application. 3.The project is designed to activate an LED indicator and buzzer as an early warning mechanism whenever abnormal heart rate values are detected based on predefined thresholds. A Telegram notification is also sent to the caregiver when the alert condition is triggered.

Penerangan projek

This project develops a wearable system that monitors the heart rate of elderly individuals in real time. The MAX30102 sensor detects pulse signals using photoplethysmography (PPG), and the ESP32-C3 processes them into beats per minute (BPM). Readings are transmitted through Wi-Fi to Firebase Realtime Database and viewed on a smartphone application. When an abnormal heart rate is detected, an LED and buzzer provide a local alert, and a Telegram message notifies the caregiver. The system aims to be an affordable and convenient solution that supports elderly safety and remote caregiver monitoring. Remote monitoring via smartphone application
